Toronto, ON; January 27, 2015 – Singer, Songwriter, Cosmetic Designer (lip gloss line), Canadian country artist Jess Moskaluke (MDM Recordings Inc. / Universal Music Canada) now adds JUNO nominee to her rapidly expanding resume.   Announced earlier today during the official press conference, Jess received two JUNO nominations for Country Album of the Year (for her album Light Up The Night) and Breakthrough Artist of the Year. This celebration is just in time for the debut of her new single “Night We Won’t Forget”, which will be released to Canadian country radio this Friday, January 30, 2015.

Currently away in the Bahamas, following a performance this past weekend, Jess received news of her nominations and exclaimed, " I can’t speak! What a huge honour to be recognized by the Juno Awards family, especially for this album. I put my heart and soul into making this record and it turned out exactly how I wanted. It feels great to know that others have embraced it like I hoped they would.”  She continues, "I am equally stunned to be included in the breakthrough category but also so grateful! It has been a huge year for females in country music and I am proud to represent the country girls everywhere. In a year that has been so big for "bro-country" it's pretty cool to be recognized as a country girl just doing my thing."

The first quarter of 2015 continues to be filled with excitement as Jess will travel across Canada, joined by CCMA award-winner Bobby Wills, opening shows for headliner Chad Brownlee’s When The Lights Go Down Tour.  The tour kicks off in PEI on March 4, 2015.  For additional information regarding the tour and ticket information please visit www.whenthelightsgodowntour.com.

With a record-breaking single, a new lip-gloss line, and multiple accolades and awards, Jess Moskaluke is dazzling the country music world.  Her rapidly growing fan base is evident, with a collective online following in the millions, receiving her official Silver Play Button YouTube award for breaking 100,000 subscribers.  A notable performer on the 2014 CCMA® Awards Show live broadcast, Jess dominates the stage with her powerful vocals, country-pop style and infectious smile.  Her single "Cheap Wine and Cigarettes" quickly became the highest charting song on the iTunes top 200 singles chart for any Canadian artist and achieved GOLD record status in August 2014; becoming the first Canadian female solo country artist to surpass 40,000+ downloads for a song since Shania Twain.  An award-winning songstress she has recently toured Canada including performances at the Calgary Stampede, Boots and Hearts and the Big Valley Jamboree.  She won her first Canadian Country Music Association® (CCMA®) Award for Female Artist of the Year in 2014, in addition to receiving two additional nominations; Rising Star of the Year and Interactive Artist of the Year.  She was also crowned the 2011 CCMA® Awards New Artist Showcase winner, and was the proud recipient of numerous Saskatchewan Country Music Awards (SCMA), including consecutive 2013/2014 Female Vocalist of the Year titles.
