“Strong Without My Fears” is an album full of the Americana, Rock and R&B sounds by the American band known as Location of Incident. The album was produced by Sammy Merendino who has worked with Hall and Oates, Billy Joel, and Michael Jackson and then recorded with renowned recording engineer Derek Lee (Britney Spears, The Plain White T’s, Matchbox 20, and Bruce Springsteen). “Strong Without My Fears” is strong, straight ahead, foot-tapping collection of music with a great, uplifting feel. The band centers around songwriters Tony and Paul Rovillard, also known as “the twins” (as they are, fraternal twins!), who started Location of Incident after working in Law Enforcement for over 20 years. They interacted with a long list of respected musicians who helped foster their talent and gain recognition throughout their career. They backed up artists such as Del Shannon, Nils Lofgren, Dr. John and many other music legends. After years of touring, they began to garner the attention of hi-profile management agencies, most notably Leber and Krebs, who handled the careers of Aerosmith and Ted Nugent. This inspired them to get back to the recording studio. With “Strong Without My Fears,” they are now back and better than ever, accompanied by Rick Manasa, the keyboardist from Bob Seger’s Silver Bullet Band, and Jerome Carr, the bassist from The Time. Tony and Paul selected the name “Location of Incident” because of its relevance to their comeback in the music industry. Their new single “Hometown Hottie” debuted at #36 on the Hot Disc Top 40 Chart in the UK, and is being distributed to European radio.
