A documentary on the “The All-Star Jam Live at Graves Mountain (Rural Rhythm Records’ 55th Anniversary Celebration)” will begin airing in October exclusively on BlueHighways TV.   This special event was recorded last year during the Graves Mountain Festival of Music in Syria, Virginia and MC’d by popular Sirius XM radio host, Kyle Cantrell.  While the label has already released numerous live performances from the event,  they plan on releasing a full length  DVD early 2012.

“The All-Star Jam Live at Graves Mountain” album reached as high as #10 the BILLBOARD Bluegrass Album Chart and numerous songs have charted on a variety of radio charts.  Mark Newton, the album’s Producer and Production Coordinator said, “The All-Star Jam album recorded at Graves Mountain Festival of Music in Syria, Virginia last year represents the spirit of what Bluegrass Music is all about. I would like to extend my gratitude and appreciation to the Rural Rhythm family and staff, The Graves family and everyone involved that made this project become a reality. It’s like the last line in the verse of the song “Graves Mountain Memories” by our brother Carl Jackson says, 'Where making friends and keeping people are the words that you live by' - That’s what bluegrass music is all about.”
